TRI Mountain Homes Warranty

You’ve spent countless hours and days dreaming up your home. TRI Mountain Construction offers a 1-year warranty to completely ensure that you are satisfied with your new home. Our process includes a walk-through inspection with the builder to create a punch list of outstanding items which still require our attention. A re-inspection will be completed once the items on the punch list have been addressed to insure the owner’s satisfaction. Owners will sign off on each correction to insure no task is overlooked. Finally both owner and builder will sign the warranty agreeing to the one year of construction warranty coverage. You can rest assured that you will be satisfied with the completion of your home.
